WARNING: Deadly cute! Continue reading if you dare!

Fashionably Cute is happy to introduce a Japanese superstar that Cuteoverload would absolutely die for. It’s Memebon, possibly the world’s cutest kitten.

Memebon is a girl. She was born very tiny and looked like Yoda, but had an extremely expressive face, which promised a great career in modeling:

However Yoda is no relation. Memebon has a kitty mother:

And a kitty father:

Now she has grown and up looks like this (still cute):

Memebon’s website is in Japanese, but that shouldn’t be an obstacle for cuteness fans

Memebon (or quite possibly her owner) writes a blog (in Japanese) documenting the life of her family, she has also published two super-kawaii photo books, sold on Amazon Japan: Memebon and We Love Meme.

Memebon website also has a great bonus: wallpapers and icons with the kitty familly.

More cute photos after the jump. Very image heavy

Monaco Sculptures Expo
By Olga Davydova
Posted 17 March, 2008 in Art

The beautiful and ever glamorous Monaco principality is holding a mind-boggling sculpture expo right on the streets of the famous Monte Carlo this March. You can view more photos of Monaco at the Monte Carlo Daily Photo blog by Jilly Bennett.

Jilly is also the owner of a luxury 5-star hotel for dogs called Pension Milou that is located on the posh French Riviera not far from Monte Carlo.

Don’t worry, all this is a sculpture too. Including the hand.

Cute Cat Food Mat
By Olga Davydova
Posted 3 September, 2007 in Discoveries

People like to have their food served on beautiful tablecloths. It seems cats do too.
I love what The Small Object Steno Pad’s Sarah has been doing, especially her amazing stamps and Little Small Clothespin People, but this cat food mat has to be one of her most creative projects:
Cats don’t really need a cat mat, at least my cats aren’t terribly messy. But still I felt the need to make a mat.
- she said about her creative process.

The mat is made of fabric stitched together to form a grid where Small Object signature stamps are strategically placed.

Figure out RebeccaBonbon’s breed
By Olga Davydova
Posted 25 July, 2007 in In your words, Polls

The creators of the cute Japanese puppy character RebeccaBonbon that I wrote about yesterday swear that she is a French Bulldog, however our reader Grady is sure that they are mistaken, saying French Bulldogs don’t have black bodies (although after looking at some French Bulldog photos I’m pretty convinced they do), and believes that Rebecca is a Boston Terrier.
French Bulldogs:

Boston Terriers:

What do you think? Please compare the adorable photos of both breeds above and cast your vote in our poll below.

Cute Food: Ice cream for dogs
By Olga Davydova
Posted 15 July, 2007 in Tasty Choice

Attention posh pooch owners! If you enjoy ice cream why does your dog need to be deprived? Today is Ice Cream Day so give your pets a treat.
- Frosty Paws makes frozen treats for dogs in two flavors: original (I can only guess what it tastes like) and peanut butter.
- Polar Pups offers tastes closer to what you would find at your local ‘human’ ice cream parlor: banana, apple, berry and again peanut butter.
- FrostBite Doggie Ice Cream is the first brand of organic ice cream for dogs. They offer sundaes for our four legged friends, complete with dog friendly toppings. FrostBite say that their ice cream can even heal dogs. They’ve got the richest variety of flavors: bone crunch, vanilla, peanut butter, peanut butter and bananas, peanut butter+bananas+mint, jalapeno peppers and cheese, vanilla and liver, salmon, chocolate chip and even a secret “power” ice cream based on Chinese herbal medicine, as well as sugar free and lactose free types.
- Alternatively you can make your own doggie ice cream from vanilla yogurt, mashed bananas and honey, just follow this quick and easy recipe by RecipesGoldMine.com

Dress your puppy like Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Lopez, Nicole Kidman, Penelope Cruz or Reese Witherspoon!

Little Lily makes adorable little copies of A-list stars’ red carpet frocks. My favorite is the tiny jacket with tie in Leo Dicaprio’s style.

Judith Leiber Poodle Bag and Ralph Lauren Crocodile Dog Carrier
By Olga Davydova
Posted 10 July, 2007 in Discoveries

This bag from Judith Leiber’s Crystal collection is shaped like a little Poodle in a dog carrier. The carrier looks as if has croc texture.

By the way, Ralph Lauren makes genuine croc leather dog carriers that crazy owners of posh pooches apparently buy for $18,000 (Photo courtesy of Pursepage).
Anyway, back to the more eco friendly crystal clutch. It’s available through Judith Leiber online shop for the not so cute price of $4695.00, and I won’t suggest wearing it with a poodle skirt. By the way, you can read more about Judith Leiber unique clutches in the book called Judith Leiber: The Artful Handbag
